Russ Hamilton took home the title at the silver anniversary of World Series of poker in 1994. As a special prize, the winner will win what he weighs in silver. At that time, Russ weighed more than 300 hundred pounds, and became the crowd favorite because of the special prize. A natural gambler, he plays other gambling games. According to him, he gambles for the money, and he considers himself as self-fulfilled after the WSOP title in 1994.
